That is normal with most computers. There is a software that you can download that will help with that problem. Just look under Free Digital Software for cameras. If that does not solve your problem, then you may want to take your camera to the photo develper or CVS Pharmacy to download your pictures onto a disk, which normally costs around 1.00 or 2.00, depending on the number of pictures you have on there. I had over 300 and it cost me 3.00.
