Troubleshooting for Bissell proheat

Hello I hava a Bissell pro heat 12 amp -it is not shooting out the soap?!!!!

Any suggestions never did this before??!!! :)

unfortunately, i stored this with solution in the soap dispenser (ugh, not on purpose, mind you!) and now, yes, it is clogged up. The soap holder is fine, but it is apparently clogged on the inside.
The red spinner does not spin, and actually stopped spinning the last time I used it (has been awhile, like a year.)
Mulitple stage problem? Or did my stupidity just clog it up?
If so, how to unclog?

when I pull the trigger on the handle no water or solution sprays out onto the carpet and the fiow indicator does not rotate but the smart mix bottle seems to fill up. I have checked the filter in the flow indicator, it was OK. I checked the pump belt and rotation of shaft all OK and working, I have filled the water tank and smart mix bottle with clean hot water and tried running machine but to no avail

Does water squirt out of the hose nozzle, if it does, then check the heater inside the handle asm. Make sure that where the tubes hook up to it are not clogged. If water doesn't squirt, check for the seal at the bottom of the tank, it needs to be on the tank, not in the hole, this is for the soap bottle, there is a seal on the bottom of it as well. The flow indictor cap is leaking air or maybe is too tight. If you had the top cover off, make sure that the tubes are routed right so as not to get pinched when the cover is put back on, the smart mix knob should be in the water setting and that the piston is on the bottom of the smart mix knob. Pump is bad. Try running a mix of vinegar and water to see if that unclogs the lines. Is the top cover and the base tight together in the back, sometimes the top breaks loose and it will raise up and it can't spray, just re-fasten it down.

It sounds like the heater may be plugged. This is a problem for an experienced technician. The heater is located in the handle and they are prone to plugging at the tubing connections. The heater is heating soap and water solution and this can cause the soap to coagulate and plug the lines. It must be addressed carefully to avoid damaging the heater.
