Question about Cell Phones
It sounds like that your samsung phone is faulty, but we can try performing a master reset and see if it improves, first if you have anything important in the phone try to get them out, anything on the sim card will stay on the sim card.
Turn on the phone without a sim card and write *2767*3855# The phone will turn off or restart on its own.
if the phone doesn't turn back on, remove the battery and try again. If the phone is still not functioning properly, remove the sim card, use the phone without a sim card, does it funtion normally? if it does not your phone is clearly faulty.
Please use your warranty if you have it, or consider buying a new phone, repairing this one as it costs around 20$ is not really worth it.
