Question about Whirlpool Washing Machines
F13 is a door lock issue. Firstly push the door hard towards the frame and then pull imediately back towards you it may take several attempts but the door will open, it may seem harsh to do this but i have done it a few times and it works. This should reset your door lock if the problem persists then replace the actual pin that is on the door (should have 2 screws holding it in place) that enters the cabinet. Not the door lock that is inside the cabinet.

F13 is a door lock error which means that the door lock is
bad and should be replaced. To unlock the door you can leave it unplugged for
around 10 minutes and the door will unlock. Hope this helps...please post back
