Just to verify, is that a Whirlpool kitchen range? If yes, can you tell me the exact model number of it, so that I could further assist you?

I will be waiting for your reply.

Thank you!

Hello

When your range flashes,it means that either your clock/control board or touch pad has failed. Determine which element has the problem by unplugging the oven for 30 seconds and then plugging it back in and watching the control panel for a minute.

If the "F1" error code comes on, replace the board. If not, replace the touch pad. On some models, the touch pad and clock must be replaced together.

My washing machine is only beeping and all lights flashing

I don't know the make or model number of the unit, but most likely the beeping and/or lights flashing is a digital error code being displayed. I need more info to better help you with your issue. If the lights are blinking in a pattern(ex 2 blinks followed by 4 blinks) or certain functions are blinking in a pattern over and over, that is an error code display which must be interpreted. The machine is trying to tell you where the problem is.
