DO I NEED TO REPLACE THE FUSE TO THE CONDENSER OUTSIDE IN THE BOX?

If it's not working, you can check the fuse. If the fuse is blown, you need to check the system. Simply replacing a blown fuse will likely just blow the new fuse.

Heater does not work 1999 ford escort

You will need to check the fuse located underneath the drivers side steering wheel. Flip the fuse box cover lid over and you will find a diagram. Replace the fuse labeled "blower" with the same number fuse. If it still does not work after you replace the fuse then you will need to replace the blend door actuator located behind the dash.

Need to replace the fuse for the cigarette lighter

I dont happen to have one of those diagrams, but if you pull the fuses one by one and replace the burnt ones you should be able to 1.) Identify what item is on what circuit (for the most part) and 2.) solve your original problem with your cigarette lighter. Hope this gives you some direction. Thanks for Using FixYa!

Sincerely,
