when i use the H850 Motorola bluetooth I get a high pitched sound and no one can hear me, nor can I hear them. i have tried to charge it but it still doesnt seem to work. I would love it if someone would tell me how to go about fixing it , or if it can be fixed. Thank you

I have same problem, except I can hear, but people on the other end can not hear me and only hearing a buzzing sound. Have tried to recharge and also reset, but has not helped.
