Question about Samsung Highlight Cell Phone

Why does my samsung highlight say no service i paid the bill it just started doin it to me earlier today how do i fix it please?

Sometimes, 'No Service' may be the indication of lack of range. To check if it is so, please try a call in the outdoor. If that is not the case, then you should contact your customer care DIRECTLY with your bill and notify them about your case. They will register the case and solve it within a couple of days.

Your phone is probably listed as the primary phone, so if the bill was not paid in full, his phone was deactivated first. You'll have to talk to the phone service provider about fixing this, or trade phones with him.

I paid my bill april 20 2011.why did you interupt my service?and now i have been on hold for the past two hours.why?


Now here's a lesson in logic. You paid your bill yesterday and they cut you off today. Perhaps it didn't get posted to your account? However, this is FixYa and not your telephone service company.
You didn't call FixYa, you don't owe FixYa.

You ought to be more careful when it comes to the internet. Pay attention to whom you're addressing comments.

I have the right plan, sim card and i paid my bill i have no service u can only leave a voicemail also i have done a master reset what do i do?


If your service was cancelled, and you paid the bill afterwards, it usually takes up to 24 hrs before you get "connected" again. If it is more than 24 hrs since you paid your bill, contact your service provider.

We had the long distance service taken off of our bill and it has re appeared. Our bill was due June 11th but we haven't paid it due to the added servide we specifically said we did not want.


Are you in the USA? I am not aware of a major USA Cell service carrier that does not include coast to coast 'free' long distance with their basic service.

I can tell you this ... you should contact them immediately before the deliquency charges start building up on your account. You must tell them, in writing, that you are disputing the amount and why.

Don't let the 11th of July arrive before yo ujdo this ... you should probably do this NOW, TODAY.

Lost my mobil bill


Mobil bill, ah you have lost it, I have lost quite few bills in my life.I most often get a reminder to pay, if not and my memory serves me I phone if the phone is still open or contact (either snail mail or E-mail) my service provider and ask them if were possible that I had not paid my bill on time. I find the people working atmy service providers very understanding and send willingly another bill.

I would enter a bill for the $6.00. When you paid the original bill and added $6.00, QB simply thought you were overpaying and is probably carrying a $6 credit as a prepay.
