Question about GE (PSS26MSRSS) Side by Side Refrigerator
It is a thermostat control problem. From the temperature control knob inside it is the contactor that limits or adjust the distance from the contacts to energize the the motor to run. Then comes the sensor tubing and at the tip is where the sensor is, mis location of this would not activate the temperature control. So behind the temperature control locate the tubing coming out from it and see where it goes.See if is properly curled to be able to sense rise in temperature. It is usually found next to the control. But if this is okey the control needs to be replaced.
