Question about Computers & Internet
If you are using your school's computer, and your school's computer-network, then you have to tolerate their restrictions, when using their facilities. Violate their policies about "time-wasting" sites, and you could be suspended or ejected from the school.
Talk to your local cellular-phone company. Some of them have a "rocket stick" -- connect it to your laptop's USB port, and it provides Internet access _over_ their cellular network, for a monthly fee.
So, unless your school is blocking cellular signals, bring your laptop with your "rocket stick".
