Jarguar Guitar Amplifier (Magic Power GX-20)

Dear Sir

I am looking for the circuit schematics for the Jarguar Guitar Amplifier (Magic Power GX-20). I need to fix it but need the above mentioned to get the correct components to replace as a few components are missing.

Hope you will be able to assist. I have tried to contact the Jarguar Company in Korea but could not get through.

Yours truly

Behringer Vintiger GM110 guitar amplifier Output pcb board

You should be able to get a diagram from the company itself and the circuit board can either be purchased from the manufacturer itself or they can tell you who to call.

Here is the manufacturer's number
BEHRINGER USA beusa_t.jpgBEHRINGER USA Inc.
18912 North Creek Parkway, Suite 200
Bothell, WA 98011
Tel.: +1 425 672 0816

you can also try their online support at
http://www.behringer.com/05_support/webform_support.cfm?lang=ENG
but I would just call them, it would be much easier

Let me know if you need any further help or if they couldn't help you and I will let you know who else might have what you need.

good luck

I have a Korean JARGUAR SUHYOUNG PA-203XG stereo mixing amplifier. I can find any label on the back of it to tell me where to hook up my power subwoofer to this amplifier. Please help! Thanks

The unnamed sub itself would dictate what you need to feed it.

Many self-powered subs accept either Line Level or Speaker Level inputs.

You should look at the manual that came with your sub.

Should it need Line Level, you could replace those jumpers with RCA-cable splitters and share that signal with the internal amp and the Sub amp. If the Sub Amp accepts Speaker Level input, use that.

My EP2500 died, the capacitors are swollen on the top in the power supply.

Unless you are a qualified audio service technician, you should refer repair of this unit to an authorized Behringer service depot. The capacitors you refer to can store lethal amounts of electrical charge. Also, Behringer service manuals and schematics are notoriously difficult to get.

Smoke in the back

If it still works leave it alone and use it as it is. Smoke usually comes from the emitter resistors of the power transistors if they're pushed too hard. Those resistors are about the only electronic devices that still work after you let the magic smoke out.

Pioneer audio/video receiver damaged

Hi...
The problem is probably that the bad connection "took out" a couple of the power transistors/power mods in the amplifier

If you need a pro to fix it I can suggest someone depending on where you live

I had the same problem on my VTX65. I noticed it would oscillate with different effects so I removed the effects module. Problem solved. Now it's dead quiet. I use a Digitech RP500 so removing the effects module was a non issue.

This sounds like the main rectifier diode/bridge is shorted. If you can rpovide the make and model, I may be able to give you more details.

Thanks,
