Question about Motorola Mobility MOTO W755 Cellular Phone
That must be a software problem. The only way you can do to fix that problem is to bring your phone to a service center. Basically they will reformat your phone. All data including music, photos, contacts etc. that are saved in phone memory will be deleted. Make sure to have a backup file.
