I opened up my sony psp to replace the screen and I think I forgot to put the tape over the motherboard back on so my charcter is moving all over because of the analog. Can I use electrical tape instead?

No, that's not it. There's no tape missing.

You may be missing the following piece:

http://store.richspsxparts.com/mosi.html

It's a small clear piece that sits on the metal frame that holds the LCD in place. It send communication between the analog joystick and the motherboard. Without this piece, the joystick will seem to stick in one direction. Once you replace this piece you will be fine.

Own a vw cabrio. key goes in door but button does not go up and down. took door panel off and I'm thinking there is a piece missing but nothing was in the door bottom. If you think there a possibilities...

use a mirror and light and look on the inside of door at back of lock cylinder itself you will most likely find the tab on back of lock cyl broke off and is still attached to linkage, thats why you find nothing in bottom of door

Missing parts to galaxsee tasco

eye pieces are interchangeable and you will want a few of them for different magnifications.
The previous owner probably got a new scope and kept them for that.
Here's where I go for lens' in Toronto Canada.

The rule of thumb is cheaper eyepieces are ok for the low magnification 35mm-20mm but as you get to higher magnification a better eyepiece will make more of a difference. How expensive is up to you and how serious you are into this. I think my better lens was a used tele-vue for $80
