Question about Cell Phones
When your phone asks you for a PUK code, it means your sim card is locked and to use your sim card, you have to unlock it.
The PUK code is the code that is on the sim card carrier.
When you purchased your sim card, it came in a pack that carried the sim cards carrier with the sim on it, then the user manual, check on the sim card carrier, the card that you broke the sim out of, it carries the sim card/ phone number, then a PUK code, mostly 8 digits, and varies according to the sim service provider and a bar code.
Enter the 8 digit code that is on the sim card carrier, that is the PUK code.
Take care and good luck
