No one makes manuals for these small telescopes. However MEADE BRAND scopes have a web site with all of their manuals. Look under the REFRACTOR heading for one that is similar to your scope.

Jason Model 328 Astronomical Telescope. It was given to me without a manual. I do not know how to set it up.

There are no specific manuals for that scope on the internet--- however.

It is either a REFRACTOR or a REFLECTOR (with mirrors)-- Meade has very similar telescopes for both types and all of the manuals located here:
http://www.meade.com/manuals/index.html

Look under the Fractor heading or the 4.5 inch Reflector heading for a scope similar to your scope. They are all used in the same way and are assembled in a similar fashion.

I have a Jason Discoverer astronomer telescope model 313 have you ever heard of this? I am in St Louis, Missouri and would like to know if its worth fixing and who to take it to. We found it at a garage...

Maybe and maybe not. Most of these are very low cost telescopes. If something major is wrong then NO.

If all you need are a few accessories look around this web site and check the prices.

I really need the owners manual for the Jason 200x Mercury Astronomical Telescope Model #404

This is a very simple refractor telescope. The eyepiece goes into the diagonal which is placed into the small end of the tube.

Here is a picture. Is this your scope?

As you can see it is for sale on Ebay at a very low cost. Here is a similar Meade telescope manual which you can read. They all assemble and are used the same way.

Hi i have a bausch and lomb telescope pro 200 and is there info anywhere how to use it

Nothing that I have ever seen on the internet. This is a simple refractor style telescope.

We would never recommend this scope for astronomical use. No parts are available and it is imported from overseas and sold by various retailers who know nothing about telescopes.

Read these web sites below, and try to find a local Astronomy club to help you with the telescope. Just remember that it is considered a toy telescope and will frustrate you if you try to use it for Astronomy.

Bushnell Discoverer 78-8945

All astronomical telescopes show upside down images. Read my Frequently Asked Questions Tip on my profile page. These scopes are made to view objects in the night sky which are very small, and faint. To erect the image would require more glass or mirrors in the optics and would further dim these objects.

You can buy an "erecting prism" to use for terrestrial viewing. Like this:
http://www.amazon.com/Bushnell-780103-1-25%C3%93-Format-Erecting/dp/B000EY2ZFK

Your scope is working just fine.

You will not find one for that telescope. However Meade maintains manuals for all of their telescopes. Look under REFRACTOR or REFLECTOR heading for one that is similar to your telescope. They all assemble and are used in the same way.

Where do I get a book or papers on how to use the Orbitor 4500 that was given to me second hand?

You probably will not be able to find a manual. However Meade maintains a web site with all of their telescopes.

Look under either REFRACTOR or REFLECTOR for one similar to your telescope. They all assemble in a similar fashion and the Meade manuals have a section on how to use the telescope.\

Jason 313 telescope doesn't focus properly. Can

Put the eyepiece with the largest number written on it into the telescope. DO NOT use the 2x barlow if you have one. Go outside during the day time and practice focusing on a distant object.

The moon should be your first target.
