I bought a used Sunbeam Bread Maker used and did not get any books with it. It is a 5841 model. Is there any way I can download the manuals?

go google and type in--operators manual for sunbeam bread maker model 4811-- and if there is a manual available in pdf version down load it
just be aware that with these machines there is a period in the program where after the needing process, it stops for a period to allow the dough to rise before it goes to the cook process

Looks like you need a new bread pan. Try looking on Ebay. They are expensive. I just bought a new one at walmart instead.
