Every time you try to download the driver, from www.sandisk.com you get stuck with the firmware program. I also lost my installation disc, and I wish I still had it, best little program I had. All other FTP's except for Powerdesk 7, are way to confusing to deal with. And now most websites I've visited who claim they have the program, try to get you to either run and/or purchase other useless programs first. I don't get into that stuff, even IF they had the program I need. Rev.

How do i transfer music to my zenex mp4 player? it's brand new but the cd (driver software) it came with doesn't work.

Hi lcharlingen3...
Downloading Music to your MP3 Player

1...You must download and install Windows Media Player 11 on your computer.
NOTE...Some older MP3 players will not work with Windows Media Player 11 or Windows 7 with Windows Media Player 11.
If this happens to you, then you will have to uninstall Windows Media Player 11 and install Windows Media Player 10.
2...After you have downloaded and installed Media Player on your computer.
3...Open Media Player on your computer.
4...Install all your music into Media Player that you want to install on your MP3 player.
5...Plug in your MP3 player to the computer using your Data/Sync cord, be sure that Windows Media Player is on.
6...Media player should recognize the MP3 player and sync with it.
7...After it is sync'ed with the computer, you can add the music you have installed into Windows Media Player to your MP3 Player.
Please take time to rate me thumbs up.

Player is not recognized by any computers

Try downloading the software and/or drivers for it before connecting it to your pc. If you no longer have the disk that came with it - go to the manufacturers website and download them there. Don't connect it to your pc until the software is installed. The computer won't recognize it until the software and/or drivers are installed.

USB device is undetected

In order to connect it to your computer, you will have to install the software for your MP3 player. The setup CD should have been included in the box. Once you install the software, it will recognize your device when you connect it and you will be able to add songs.

My sanddisk won't connect to my computer what do i do?

Sansa Not Recognized: Try connecting it to another computer the back straight to the motherboard thIs should be USB 2.0 and see if it will recognize it as sansa or Drive/removable drive. if it does then download the sansa update software and install it. Make sure you disconnect the sansa and connect it when asked. This will update your sansas firmware and add the Usb Mode. Try to connect it to your computer at home it should recognize IF not try a laptop.... link for update software (http://mp3support.sandisk.com/sansa/Installer/1082/SansaUpdaterInstall.exe) download to a flash drive much easier. Make sure USB mode is MSC
Recovery Mode may also allow your computer to recognize the sansa

MP3 Player not recognizing Real Player Video Files

That Opal's Easy Rip Software does not recognize Real Video format naturally. You may have to download a free program called Riva FLV Encoder to convert the Real Video files to AVI format. Once they are in AVI format, the Easy Rip software will recognize the file and convert them to your player. If you have lost your installation CD, you can get the Easy Rip software from:

My computer doesn't reconize my mp3

check if your usb cord if defective.

To check if the mp3 is recognized by the computer go to device manager in the compuer properties.

Go to device manager go to hardware tab and search for new hardware, if you see a question mark in the usb port it means that the computer cant recognize it and you may need a driver. Some mp3 have cd installer of its software. Install it in your computer. and try if the computer can recognize it.

also check if your usb port is working properly...
