Lost my reboot cd for my Acer 6930. Where can I buy the cd? And how much?

by out of box state I assume that all the existing programs on it you want removed
there are at least 2 ways to do this
go to control panel, click on installed programs , click and high light all those programs you do not want and uninstall one at a time
the other way is to click on computer , click on c drive , click on drive manager click on format c drive and that will clean the hard drive of all os programs
AS this will also remove the boot system for restarting the computer I suggest strongly that you talk to an IT geek shop and have them do what you want as they will be able to enter bios and boot from a disk that they have to put an os system back on the hard drive
at this point win 7 is preferred as win 10 is having problems and you will probably have to buy the win 7 system

Your windows file might be lost/crack... insert the Window disc and Format your programme file... thanks

Have you tried rebooting the device?

so you aspired does boot but the OS does not?
What OS?
Try safe mode.
Very likely a video driver related issue.

I once had a similar problem,I think it is the problem of the system.Maybe System is not compatible, you can change a system ,or you can look world of warcraft gold

either with the switch on pc or in control panel. wifi wizard should be used if possibe thre make new connection

Unless you can find and verify you have an orignal CD there is nothing you an do but buy another license for th use of Vista. If you made a back up set up. Have yo ulooked at the bottom of the laptop. Most of the time it has the Vista sticker with the key for your windows use. reinstall and use that key.

I had similar promblem burning dvds, seems i had to format the disk first. never had to do that on other pc. but itseemed to the problem AA6930 !!!

If it's still under warranty call Acer, it sounds like a bad hard drive to me.
