Question about Office Equipment & Supplies
Opening the cd drive of your computer is done by pushing the eject button of the drive. In cases that the drive got stuck and does not open, all you have to do is get a needle or a small paper clip and insert to the small hole located in the cd drive. Push it through the hole to activate the emergency ejection switch or until the drive opens.

If the drive will not open by pressing the button, then you can take a paper clip and put one end into the small round hole on the front of the drive. By pressing the clip in there, you will force the drive to eject.
