I need the Primer Blub for a model 106890-02 Remington Electric Pole Saw

It must have a ZAMA or Walbro carburetor on it. Look at the shiny chrome piece on the carb. Then buy the Bulb for that brand of carburetor

Starts from cold and as soon as you use throotle it dies carrburetor floods wi fuel

If the fuel flooding is occurring inside the carburetor, then suspect a damaged diaphragm in the lower chamber or the needle valve that it controls is damaged. Make sure the air cleaner is not plugged. If the fuel is flooding the exterior of the carburetor, then suspect a bad fuel line. Hope some of this helps!

I need to rebuild the carburetor on a Stihl Model 025 chainsaw. An exploded view diagram would help.

I don't have a diagram or the part numbers to the minor and major repair kits, but a Stihl dealer should be able to help. Tell him you need a kit for a ZAMA C1Q type carb. The exploded view should be with the kit.

You didn't specify of its a 61 or a 61 Rancher. Here's the info you need to take to your Husky dealer. The diagram will be with the major repair kit.
Model 61, then the 61 Rancher:
CARBURETOR Model 61: ecblank.gif Tillotson HS-163A, B , HS-254A series or
Walbro WS series
MAJOR REPAIR KIT: ecblank.gif RK-23HS for HS-163A MINOR REPAIR KIT: ecblank.gif DG-5HS/T for HS-163A

CARBURETOR Model 61 Rancher: ecblank.gif Tillotson HS-163A series or
Walbro WS-17A, B series
MAJOR REPAIR KIT: ecblank.gif RK-23HS

I have an old Homelite ez with a Walbro HDC 44 carburetor. Engine is getting to much gas and is flooding out

THIS IS CAUSED BY A PIECE OF DIRT STUCK IN AN AIR BLEED JET OF THE CARB OR THE CHOKE BLADE NOT BEING FULLY OPEN, CHECK THE CHOKE BUTTERFLY 1ST, IF IT IS OPEN ALL THE WAY THEN REMOVE AND CLEAN/REBUILD THE CARBURETOR

Check the fuel lines for cracks/breaks. If they are o.k., then:

You will need to disassemble the carburetor and spray with carb.cleaner. Make sure the small screen is free of debris.(Should be able to see daylight through it.)

Use a Den Tek Brush, (http://www.drugstore.com/products/prod.asp?pid=165357&catid=1152),to clean the small portals in carb. These portals can become blocked. Reassemble and start.

If the carb. parts are more than 4 years old, you may have to replace them.

If you need further assistance, just let me know.
