there are a few phones that garmins dont work with try software updat from www.garmin.com and samsung, if not that connact garmin and ask if they know of this problem
I don't see any direct numbers listed online which is a bit sad considering they're one of the most known Anti-Virus / Security companies around.
What they have instead is a Call Back page. Just fill in the information and someone will call you back.
In many ways that's actually easier on the customer...you won't have to stay on hold for an hour to speak with someone...they probably figure you'll be in a better mood if they can avoid this ;)

i talked with garmin tech today, he said to hold the button below talk, and the wheel and the power at the same time to master reset....it did not work for me but it might for someone else
