The Samsung Upstage SPH-M620 does not have a SIM card. This cell phone uses the CDMA network; SIM cards are used on the GSM network. You need the power adapter to charge the battery. Since the battery has been discharged you may need to charge and unplug it for a while (hours) and charge again more than once before it will even display again. Go through this cycle, It may take several days. Then, when it does come on it, may be locked 10000 numeric lock codes and if it was reported lost or stolen it cant be used as a phone unless by the original owner. You should ask if someone you know if they losted their upstage and return it, they would probably be very grateful and give you a reward because all the phone info. then get a ipod. :)

Drivers are not needed for XP or Vista. To Connect your phone to your pc, Plug it in, Cancel the connection wizard. On your phone go to tools, Mass Storage... and Connect to pc. Drivers will then be installed, and you have acess to the files on the memory card to transfer MP3's and pics

u must go to samsung service center they will solve ur problem without losing ur data

Leave the battery pack connected therefor it will get more battery power. That's what i do to mine and it has always turned on.
