Did you set MEdia Net as the default profile (might not be the correct terminology) in the browser setup menus? There is a place to select which configuration/profile you want to be the default.
You may need to start over a reconfigure your computer setup for your phone.

I had the same message. After a length investigation, I found it was the phone line and not the phone. After having the phone line fixed, the phone worked fined.

How to restore my motorola razr v3 to its original settings

Here is how you perform a Master Reset on the Motorola RAZR V3: (May delete everything on the phone including contacts etc?)
1. Open your phone up and go to “Settings”
2. Next go to the selection for “Initial Setup”
3. Next go to the selection for “Master Clear”
4. Then select to confirm the option.
5. Now enter the security code which should be “000000”
6. Finally press select or ok and the phone will reset itself to the factory condition

My Razr v3 will only hold 10 messages in its inbox. I believe it is saving the messages to the simcard. How can II have the messages saved on the phone instead so I can hold more messages?

synical,
