Today Monday 14th July, after turning my Sagem on, there was an on screen message advising of a download available to improve DTV. It said press ok to download or exit. Downloading would only take a few minutes it said. After ninety minutes it still showed two zeros on the Sagem itself and two flashing dashes. I have since tried unplugging from the mains , three times (30 minutes at a time) but it still comes back with the same display. Any help please.

Suddenly, after recording BBC1 programme on Monday, the following day when I tried to set the recorder to record BBC1 again, it showed a question mark against the selected programme 001 and I am unable to resolve this.The problem also affects BBC2
