That is not your problem. VOIP has issues switch back to a regular phone line. You can not change the frequency of your phone with out buying a new one that uses a different frequency you can change the channel but none of these options will fix your problem.

HI I have a problem with tech CS5121 5.8 GHz when someone calls me i pick up the phone i hear a noisy voice while im talking with the person at the same time he doesn't hear that voice, so it actually...

Most likely this is just "bleed" over interferance from another cordless phone on the same frequency and/or channel. For starters I recommend changing whichever you can in respect to these to see if this fixes the issue. You might have to change them a few times to find a good setting without the issue.

This could be a case of lines being crossed anywhere from the wiring at your phone all the way to the phone company. If you live in an apartment environment it is possible for it to be crossed with a neighbors line. Although less likely, it could even be crossed wires from different houses. This could also involve the phone companies wiring anywhere down to their main connections.

Hope this helps...

Echo in ear when talking

The echo is normally caused by the phone company, not the phone itself. Can you verify that another phone in your home is not having the same issue?

Message Waiting Indicator (MWI) light stays on since VoIP

There maybe different MWI options available in the phone's set up menu on the base unit. If so, see if the different options perform differently. Your phones are probably set to "FSK" (frequency shift keying) for MWI but IIRC, U-Verse uses the "Stutter" option. Also, in addition to talking to the installer, call ATT tech support. If the problem is in the signalling they may now have programming options on their end to resolve it.

I hear neighbors conversation when I use mycordless v-tech phone. why do i hear them talking? I have had the telephone company out to check the lines and they are ok.

These are called interferences. Each phone base is an antenna. You and your neighbors probably have cordless phones that use the same frequency. Check with them ann con sider buying a different phone (different working frequency).
Remember that interferences are a two-way street. If you can unintentionally eavesdrop on them, so can they eavesdrop on you (unintentionally or otherwise.) You may also consider having a spare corded phone.

Help, call waiting stopped working people sent to answer machine

You have set automatic call diversion to your 'message bank' or answering service when your line is busy for a preset time which may allow you to pick up this second call.
Unless you know the prodecures to change your telephone line options (which may be on the internet or via telephone key pad sequences), talk to your friendly telephone company help desk and ask them to reset your default to what you wish to do.
Hope it helps!

Uniden 3315 Frequency Problem

Your phone has Digital Enhanced Cordless Telecommunications (DECT), known as Digital European Cordless Telephone[1] until 1995, The digital filters will prevent interference from the bandwidths used by phones and wi-fi.
Your phone also incorporates dynamic channel allocation which switches frequencies when noise(static) is encountered.
Eventually your conversations take a wire route down the road. You are getting some "cross talk", an actual scientific term used to describe signal transmission from one line parallel to another by magnetic eddy currents. I would call the phone company and have them trace the problem.

My Philips SE 450 sounds awful. I hear my own voice in my phone as I talk. It is like an echo.

you may have to enable a feature called voice enhancing on your voice, the echo is sometimes caused by feedback from various sources. it should appear as a VE symbol when you have it turned on, this helped me greatly when I was going through the same prob, it also makes the phone reception sound better on both ends. you may have to call the phone company to check to see if they installed the lines right in the first place. Also if your phone has the ability to change channels you can keep switching channels until you find one that sounds better to you.

My phone has been out for some time. Just noise on my phone. the outside plug in works fine, so I assume it is my inside wiring. This morning I unplugged all my phones, and hooked them up one by one. ...

Replace the DSL filter. it is needed to in order to prevent interference between phones and DSL service operating on the same line. Without the installation of DSL filters, high-frequency signals or echoes from analog devices can result in reduced performance and connection problems with DSL service, and the high-frequency signals from the DSL service can result in line noise and other issues for analog devices.
