Problem with Panasonic Lumix DMC-LZ2 camera

When i turn the camera on it zooms in and out for about 5 seconds then a black and white message pops up and says "Turn camera off and then on again" and when i do that it does the same thing.

I have the same problem.

hello baylie101, this message shows when the camera picks up a lens fault, if the camera has taken a knock or drop something could have went faulty in the lens. camera should be looked at by a qualified technician.
