You have a very slow network and the only thing you can do is to select the smallest resolution available and wait for the buffering to be complete.

How can I watch or stream movies in full screen on my tablet

Generally each video is in a different format, because of this there is not a standard for symbols that mean full screen. Generally there are symbols in the corners when you tap once on the body of the video (meaning not on the edge) this may present more symbols or glyphs so that you can enter full screen mode.

If this is an embedded video on a website it is possible that the player does not offer full screen. For instance YouTube videos can sometimes require you to follow the step she in the paragraph above and tap on view in YouTube in order to be teansfered to the YouTube video (realatively seemlessly, it will usually save your spot in the video so you do not have to start from the beginning) you will then be transferred to the official YouTube page, this should allow for all of the options including full screen.

Different web browsers also tailor to the playing of different kinds of videos better than others, if your device allows you to go to an App Store, or Google Play store you may want to try some of the following browsers until you find one that plays the video the way you prefer with options that best suit your needs. Firefox, Chrome browser by google.

Sometimes with the vast variety of video formats we cannot play videos at full screen however taking the measures above will give us the best chance of finding the right tools to get the job done.

Youtube keeps cutting out on my android tablet .it will play for 1 minute then cut out , then resume playing then stop , then start, how do i solve this?

if you haven't rebooted your device lately try that first but most likely it's a buffering issue caused by slow service which you can't fix

Youtube video is not play in my lg gs290

Try some of these things:

1. restart browser (internet explorer, firefox, or other browser). - If you leave the browser open for too long sometimes the videos do not play because of a software problem.

2. restart computer - sometimes restarting browser is not enough. you need to try restarting pc

3. if all else fails, try going to adobe.com and download the "flash player" again to make the movies start again. use this address for the flash player: http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/

I hope this helps.

The youtube website is not responding

Lately YouTube has been having issues with Adobe flash player. What I have to do is open video in large screen first and then it will open in the smaller screen. I do not know if they fixed this yet but it is a reported issue right now. So try opening videos first using the large screen first and see if the video starts playing make sure that you have the latest adobe player for the particular browser that you are using. If you are using FireFox browser type in any Google search box adobe flash player for FireFox or IE or Chrome or whatever browser you are using. Thanks for using FixYa! place a vote for me if I at least explained it a bit further. John

I can't get any web player to stay full screen. Youtube, Megavideo, JWplayer, tvdex, hulu, the list goes on. Please help. It isn't fixed by changing the accelerate video settings thing.

If megavideo is full "web browser" page size click the image/player after you hit the green play button and the video is playing, then it opens a new window with the small player in it, then hit the only dark grey button that falls down screen that says like "cinema on" to turn it off and make the player show, play the video, and now you can full screen it and keep it full screened! If plugin questions keep popping up it's because spam ads or the video itself needs you to keep pushing yes.

WHen playing a video it cuts out and will not play for a second or two then starts in again. This is irritating and I have tried several things but nothing works.

Hi!

It means only one thing: You have a too-slow internet connection!
3 things you can try:
1) Clear browser cache/temporary files and history.
2) Try playing the video in lower resolution by clicking the RESOLUTION button and choosing a lower resolution (not always available).
3) Get to the video page, press the PLAY/PAUSE, let it fully load - and then enjoy the full video!

Flickering picture

It sounds like it is to much work for your system. The ram is relitively low and your graphics card needs upgraded. When you try to play it full screen, your computer has to try to produce a higher quality result and it is just too much work. I would recommend a ram and video upgrade if possible. If you can't upgrade the video, at least get more ram. It's not a guarantee that it will make a big difference depending on your video card, but there is a good chance that it will.

Screen maximising

Try adjusting your "Display Properties". To do this, either right click on an empty area of your Desktop or go to "Control Panel" and select "Display". Select the "Settings" tab on top and try increasing your screen resolution.
