Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.

the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).

WHY I CAN NOT PLACE VIDEO OR PICTURES IN MY DIVICE WHEN I PLUG IN MY UNIT TO THE COMP IT DOES NOT SHOW THE OPTION OF VIDEO PHOTOS. i ONLY CAN TRANSFER MUSIC AND PLAY . DOES THE DIVICE NEEDS A UPDATE...

Audio, video and image files are copied/transferred to the MP3 player from a computer using the supplied USB cable that is connected to your computer.
Most MP3 players will support photo with these file formats, jpg, bmp and gif.
Check the specification of your MP3 player to determine the type of video file format it uses. Most common video files that MP3 players use are, AVI and WMV, there may be others such as FLV, MOV and DivX. If your player cannot play a video then it is an incompatible video file format, then you need to convert that video file to a format that your MP3 player uses. Will video card Divice SiS 661FX support two monitors?

Please confirm what Video card do you have, it seems you have an Integrated VGA adapter, and it may not have option to connect 2 monitors. You might need to use a Video splitter (A device to use multiple monitors) to use 2 monitor.
