I HAVE A AQUA FLOW 5HP ON THE RED AND BLACK WIRE I HAVE POWER BUT THE WHITE WIRE IS DEAD.SHOULD I HAVE POWER ON THE WHITE WIRE? THANKS,

If your supply wire has 3 wires, a black, a red and a white wire, then the white wire is the neutral, it has no voltage to ground. Both the black and red wire should have 120V to ground. Between the red and black wire you find 240V. A 5hp pump would typically run on 240V, the neutral is not used.

Spa overheats because no circulation during heating process

As I'm sure you know the low speed is the filtration & heating cycle.
If you've checked the terminals on the board and on the pump & there's nothing wrong. Use a voltmeter to test if each leg is getting the right voltage. If not its likely the motor is bad.

Where can I buy a Flowmaster XP2E 2hp pump, Model No. 05250000-6?

They no longer sell that particular model pump. The closest comparison is the new XP2E 2 HP pump which comes with the 2" inlet and outlet, but everything else is the same. It also comes with the fittings to convert from 1.5: to 2". This unit goes for about $450 on line. I also have this in stock and would sell it for the same price. Brand new in the box.

I am trying to find a replacement for ann XP2

the 2" is inside diameter so you more than likely have a 2" suction/discharge. The motor is probably rated 5hp, especially since it is both a circulation and jet pump.

Electrical connection to pump

can you photograph the new connections for me? if you look at the connections, the neutral normally has a solid link across it, the earth will be to the frame and the other two are the high and low speed live connections.
