Wireless remote

i have microsoft desktop kit with remote tat staqnds up. There are no markings on it. the keyboard and mouse work fine but not the remote. It uses the wireless optical reciever. It works ok on my desktop but on my dell inspiron.

The answer waqs so obvious. I tried all of those things many times etc, I wouldn't have requested help if it was a driver issue. You might add an experience select.

you need to install the driver on your inspiron as well. if this doesn't work, then it means that you dell cannot support it
