Yes i do know the solution but you need to be very careful about that.
That switch actually is a lid protection.That is important because allow the disk to start spinning and recognize the the door closed.
You can bypass that making a bridge soldering connection.Use a voltmeter in ohm and check which leg are connected, i do believe the 2 on the top need to be soldered togheter and the 2 in the bottom.
