You might be running the disk on a non-compatible OS - perhaps even the new Windows Vista. If the CD won't work, grab the clean version of the software from the mp3 manufacturer's website - most major manufacturers keep it there in case you lose your CD.

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

It does not appear they have any downloads at their sites yet.

Did you look through the file heirarchy to find the folder marked "music"? It might be as simple as that. Don't be afraid to look through the folders in the unit.

However it may be one that requires the music be loaded onto the unit via Windows Media Player.

You might query them if there are no other folders to load the music and loading through Windows media player leaves you with no playable music. http://www.innovatek.us/.

Cant load music on centon player. Says disk

If your "Hold" button is on, turn it off. The hold button write-protects the USB drive and you cannot add or delete files.

Sansa 260

Check how much memory you have left. if you don't have a lot, than you have to plug it into your computer and right click on the my computer sign and go to manage. next go to disk management on the left hand column. right click on the sansa icon and go to format. make sure that the file system is under FAT32.
