Question about HP OfficeJet 6310 All-in-One Printer (Printer/Scanner/Copier/Fax) w/USB Printer Cable , Retail
Everything is connected and software seems to be working fine, all the cartridges are good, but everytime I try to print nothing happens, it automatically pauses the print job. I tried troubleshooting from the printer but it says no computer connection. I checked the usb cables, I took it out and put it back in and still nothing.
Did you set the printer as default printer ???
