It is an easy job if you can tilt your machine back and get underneath you will see a motor with 2 brushes 1 at either side undo 2 small nuts on each brush then it will drop down pull the wire off and connect new and replace all will be fine goodluck and unplug regards jason

You will need to change the carbon brushes in the motor. Tip machine 45 deg backwards you might need someone to hold for you and look at motor underneath you will see 2 black carbon brushes remove these and replace if worn then retry machine also make sure the wires to the motor are ok.
