Question about Sony NW-E002 MP3 Player
Hi, I have recently noticed a substantial loss of sound even though the volume setting is at maximum! The player is charged fully and I can't understand why this is happening!
Try the following:
1) Check your headsets. Use another player to test it. If it works then the problem is within your MP3 Player.
2) Adjust the volume. If it does not work...
3) Reset your MP3 player by pressing the reset button found below the volume buttons.
4) Unlock the hold switch.
