Question about Computers & Internet
I'm using a MacBook Pro running OSX. I have a copy of The Complete Sims, which is, of course, not complete. I ordered the Bon Voyage expansion pack and it won't let me install it because it says there is no software to install it into. Can you help me? I got an email saying that you can. Thank you. I try to download sims 2 bon voyage on my laptop but it says i have 2 download sims 2 first but i dont know how can i have some help

YOU MUST have the Sims game itselft installed FIRST before installing any expansions !! PLUS, it will look for the last expansion disk to be in your tray when running the game. Make sure what you bought says that it is made for Apple/Macintosh operating systems.
I have never heard of a way to by pass not having the the main base game installed first. Once you install it and start adding expansions..then yes, you don't need the main sims game disk because it will then look for the main disk of that expansion you last installed

I have the sims 2 bon voyage but it keeps coming up with a message that wont let me download it from the original disk. i dont know what the propblem is cause i have alwayz been able to put bon voyage onto my computer. does anyone have any ideas?
