Your compressor needs to be checked first. There is an air pressure regulator on most machines - be sure all is in working order. It might help to be sure you're playing any lubricants in the stapler configuration as well.

How do I reload staples into a Bostich Electric Stapler E66760? I tried standard staples and they won't seem to fit

RTM. Read the manual. If you didn't keep it, you can Google for one with your make, model and manual in the search box and you should be able to get a .pdf file of the manual which you can save to your computer. You're probably using the wrong size staples.

How to adjust depth on bostich mk111fs

There is no depth adjustment on this tool -
If the staples are going too deep - most likely the piston (#17) has threaded off the driver inside the tool, you have a broken piston bumper (#62) inside, or the teflon foot pad (#56) on the bottom of the tool is the wrong thickness for the flooring you are using.
If the staples are not driving far enough - most likely you have a broken / chipped driver blade (#21) or the teflon foot pad (#56) on the bottom of the tool is the wrong thickness for the flooring you are using.

My paslode air framing nailer model 5350-90s is loosing air out of the trigger valve when I press on the trigger and the nail does not fire. What is the problem ?

Sounds like a bad O ring. There are rebuild kits you can get with a new set of O rings. Or you can have it done for about $30-50.

What part do I need to remove to make a bostich MIIIFS floor stapler to shoot 2 inch staples

You shouldn't have to do anything to the MIIIFS flooring stapler to shoot 2" staples. It is designed to shoot 1 1/2" to 2" staples right out of the box. If your stapler won't feed 2" staples, check the magazine all the way up to the power head for any foreign material that may hold up your staples.

Just had gun rebuild by bostich my m111fs flooring gun drives the staple to far into flooring and the piston sticks in wood as well. nate

Most likely the piston (#15) has partially unthreaded from the piston stem (#17) - this requires a complete teardown to rectify. Sometimes it is simply because use has caused it to loosen - it can also be because the piston has stripped.
Also check your bumper - if it is worn, or in pieces the driver will overdrive.

The depth is set by the bumper and the bumper spacer. Are you sure these were put back in? the air pressure only makes a small difference on the depth...

WHEN I DRIVE A CLEAT INTO THE FEMALE GROOVE OF THE T&G IT STOPS SHORT OF DRIVING IT ALL THE WAY SO THE NEXT PIECE FITS SMOOTHLY. CAN U ADJUST THE DEPTH OF THE STAPLE? THIS IS USING THE BOSTICH MANUAL...

I assume you are hitting the driver square and hard. You can't baby a floor nailer. If hitting the driver is not the problem, the driver that contacts the nail could be chipped or broken. It's not unusual, especially if you've used it on hickory or maple. Compare it to a new one to see if that's the problem.

I AM HAVING TROUBLE OUT OF MY BOSTITCH MIIIFS FLOOR NAILER

D Farley,
I repair these nailers all the time. Anytime the nail or staple is bending you have 2 causes. Either the stapler has a broken blade, the magazine is loose on the foot gate, or you are shooting into plywood over concrete. that is allowing the staple to hit the cement subfloor. Use 11 /2" staples on 3/4" wood floor over 3/4" plywood when over concrete.
