Question about Panasonic Panafax UF-790 Plain Paper Laser Fax
My error message says check cassette, info code = 011. I changed the toner cartridge but that doesn't seem to be what is wrong. Can you assist?
Check cassette refers to the paper cassette. If there is no paper or the cassette is not seated correctly, then you will get that error. If you tried those, then check the left rear of the cassette for a tab. If that tab is broken off you will get this error and you need a new paper cassette. Good luck.

I had the same problem. Solution? I realized I did not push the cassette with paper hard enough so the fax could not load the paper. Try that!

Code=011 means that the machine cant see the cassette . there is a way to trick the machine seeing the cassette. leave a email address and i will tell you how to do it.
