Question about Harman Kardon SoundSticks II Computer Speakers
I doubt it is anything just stuck in the device, it is an electrical issue of the volume knob not sensing the turning up / down of the volume. Have you tried simply unplugging the device for at least 5 minutes to allow it all to reset and power to drain from the capacitors? This will usually fix a problem like yours.
