The best solution for your lost CD driver is to download drivers from internet.
1. Use Driver Checker software to download missing driver.
2. You can find Driver Checker software in utorrent sites, there is an available package of full version just see this link: www.btjunkie.org and search driver checker and download it.
3. After installing driver checker run the application and let him update your system missing drivers and it will show a message or status of the following missing drivers and click download files after that it will automatically run installation of the missing driver and that's problem solve

HOW TO REPAIR MISSING OR DAMAGE FILES

PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS APPLY TO BOTH LAPTOP AND DESKTOP COMPUTERS.

Hi there if your computer has missing files or a file is corrupt and you need to repair the damage file, you can do this by using a recovery disk for the computer if you have one. If you do not have a recovery disk for the computer you can use the operating system disk to repair it, please follow these steps: insert the operating system disk into the CD/DVD drive, restart the computer, press F12 and choose boot from CD save and exit. While the computer is loading it will ask you to press any key to boot from CD, so you will press any key, a blue screen will appear while its loading, when it get to the first set of options you will press enter to continue. when it get to the second set of options it will ask you to install the operating system or repair it, choose repair and follow the steps from there, once you choose repair, the computer will go through different stages. The next step is to enter the keys for the operating system the computer will continue until it finish the repairs and this should solve the problem of missing files. But you should backup your files before doing this even though no files should be lost but its better to backup just in case something goes wrong. Backing up the file is always an important part of having a computer, you should also create a recovery CD and this can be done during the process of backing up your computer files. The back up files should be store on one or more DVDs or other storage device and this along with the recovery CD should be store in a safe and dry place. The purpose of the recovery CD is to repair damage or missing files on the computer and each computer require its own back up and recovery disk to repair the problem.

Installed the Logitech 10.5.1 software, lost networks, access

ok.. so the other way for that is to repair it using your Operating System disc. It repairs the missing or corrupted files. You don't have to worry because it will not remove your files from your harddisk. You will just choose Repair in the option menu when you boot from your Operating System disc.

To instal missing file NTDLLDLL.NtShutdownSystem

If you have the Windows 98 installation CD, simply put it in the CD drive and select 'repair', or just run it over the current installation. No files will be deleted, but you wll have a fresh install of Windows 98.

Unfortunately, if you do not have the Win98 CD, then this is pretty complicated and best attempted by a computer professional.

Windows dont start

It means that some files needed for windows to restart are missing, probably a system file or boot files. Some windows xp users usually re-install and repair their windows xp system using their original windows xp install disk and selecting the "repair" ooption. But another practical solution is to note down the missing file, then,on another PC using the same system, search for that file and copy, though you will have to note the folder location of that missing file from another PC. Boot your PC (the one that doesn't boot) with a system diskand on the command prompt (DOS prompt) copy the missing file from yourcopy disk to the same location where the missing file should be situated.

If the practical suggestion wouldn't work, then you have to re-install your windows on top of the current installation using your windows cd to repair yourwindows sytem, if this still doesn't then you have to install a new windows systemlocated in a different location in your disk, this way you still go to your saved files and backup your files.

It won't boot

Hello maybelle,

Your system is corrupted, files needed to boot up windows was corrupt or it was deleted accidentally, the only solution that can correct the problem is provide installation disc(windows installer) and insert it to the CD ROM and boot your system to CD DOM and follow the the on screen instruction.
(note: installation of Operating system can lost your important files, back up the files)

installation of OS refer to this info: http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/using/setup/winxp/install.mspx

please do not rate me if the solution not solve the problem.

if need more info, please notify me, i will give you more information.

Start up

without knowing which file is missing, you will need to repair windows, this is probably a boot.ini file that is missing. You will need to go intothe bios of your system (F2 or DEL on boot up) and in the advanced cmos settings, make your cd drive the first boot, device and insert your windows cd, save settings and exit. The system will reboot and ask you to press Enter to boot from cd. allow windows to install all the system files and in the next option, press 'R' to repair the files.
