I have done a hard reset, but the screen just displays DOWNLOAD IMG. And then does nothing. Any ideas?

- I'm having the exact same problem, for a couple of months now the power button worked when it felt like it, which was a nightmare when I wanted to switch it off, now the only way I can get it to come on is to connect it to the computer but all it shows is download img- tonentraceJan 17, 2009

You guys need to reflash it using image, but Acer does not support this pda anymore... good news, I downloaded it before they removed it from webpage, so if you send me your email address and windows version, I will email you an image.
