First remove the Ram and boot the system without it. If you hear continuous two beeps, then the problem is with the Ram, you need to replace it. If nothing happens, then your cpu or your motherboard is gone.

Here is the info I found on the Asrock website. This would be a normal code if you have no RAM in the system.
Memory refresh timer error.
Main memory read / write test error.
System timer failure.
Keyboard controller BAT test error.
General exception error.
Display memory error.
ROM BIOS checksum error.
CMOS shutdown Read/Write error.
Cache Memory bad.
How many sticks of RAM are in the PC? If more then 1 try each stick 1 at a time see if any of them will work by themselves. Also if you have any other memory that is known to be good to test in this PC that would also disprove some theories. Good luck and if it still not solved let me know and we can see if there are any other solutions besides trying a new stick of memory. Lee
