Question about Apple iTunes
Please try disabling any firewall, anti-virus, etc software you may have and try again. This includes most things by Norton, McAfee, and so on. Also, if you are connected via wireless or through a router, try accessing the internet directly via your broadband modem.
After the above, if the movie still gives you this error, please try the following:
Deauthorize your computer, then close iTunes, then open iTunes back up and authorize your computer again.
If the above does not work, It sound to be an incomplete video download. You can go to www.apple.com/support/itunes. Click on "video purchases" under the category Get Customer Service. Then please click on video purchases again. Then to the right side click on "Get Started" button. iTunes Customer Service will assist you from there via email.
