Like a poping noise is due to to high of a frequency in a sealed box try a ported box for beter sound. if it is wratiling noise u can use a screwdriver to push in the screen on the very botom were the magnet is and shake the speaker if u see small pices of black and yellow stuff fall out your about to blow it completly thats from stress usualy from the gain to hi or a cross over set at 12+ db i would recamend u try to shake the speaker and see if it s wrataling due to it braking

I hv a Memphis 1100 watt mono block n a kicker 12" l7 try to get rid of the flutter or hum at low volume tried just about everything suggestions plzzz

I once got a hum from running the rca and power wires side by side, separated em and problem was solved. Could also be something shorting to the frame, bad ground, cracked insulation on rca wires, the gain might be set to high or maybe the amps dying. It could take over a year for an amp to completely die. But you can always pick up an electronic noise eliminator from radio shack for like ten to twenty bucks

How do i hook up my amp and subs to my OEM stereo

Get a high level input conversion block pre-amp. Or, on some amps, the high level input is built in.

One of my kicker cvrs rattle really loud at high volumes

It could be the foam edging where the speaker meets the edge of the cone. Rubber works better than foam, and I believe kicker uses foam for this model. Check for any missing screws because sometimes air leaks make that sound you hear. also try turning down the amp a little bit

Every time my sub hits it makes a buzzing

There may be any of several problems.

If you send high pitch signals to a speaker designed for lows, it can cause waves to propagate outward causing a buzzing. Look up the specs on the speaker and verify that your crossover cuts off well below the high end frequency for this speaker.

Another problem can be due to the mounting which can resonate. This should be mounted on at least plywood that is 1/2 inch or more thick. It needs to be wood as plastic or metal will rattle and buzz.

Another problem can be the wiring near this can rattle and buzz.

Check out these possibilities.

Ummmm your sub is 100% fried!!! your voice coil melted and, got warped and the scraping noise you hear is it rubbing your pole piece. The only solution is a new sub. If its under warranty they may fix it they may not, it depends on the warranty. So Sorry dude but the sub's done...
