I believe that the main culprit is your battery itself - its capacity to hold and supply power to your cellphone. These are some of the causes why cellphone battery life are shortened:
1. Bluetooth - it quickly drains battery life 2. Programs running in the background 3. Wi-fi and Data Connections 4. Backlit Screens
Nokia x3 batteries have only 11 hours life when used for calls. So, if in case your battery does not work well, do not think twice to buy a new one. Your battery might have been used up or burn out. Do waste your time bringing charger and charging it always whenever you have calls. Try to think.
there are two reasons why your cellphone is acting like that..
Frist one, maybe the software of your handset got corrupted, so you better bring it to your service provider to re-program it, but everything will be reset.. :))
Another one is that the battery has been drained, really drained though you tried it with the other chargers. It could be the part on the cellphone where the chargers are being inserted that is broken.. :)
I hope this one helps! Have a nice day!
If the batteries drained in a day, even without using your cellphone, then they are no good. Talk to the seller and explain the situation, he should replace the battery. Also make sure that your charger is in top shape, that is working good.
Got that same problem before with my sony handset. It may be a virus or a software problem.
Basic troubleshooting steps.
1. Remove battery for 5 mins insert and turn on. Make sure battery is not empty.
2. Run a virus scan on your phone.
if nothing happens just bring it to a nearest repair store. Still under warranty period? also bring it with you reciept to a nearest Sony Repair Store.
