I have no driver of motherboard of intel fw82801dbm. and i have dot matrix printer. can i install it without motherboard driver..

Yes you can actually install the printer driver for your dot matrix printer anyways the Intel fw82801dbm is for your chipset drivers (North and South Bridge drivers of your Mobo).
A chipset driver refers to a type of driver that is created to help an OS better operate with the motherboard within a computer in particular. The motherboard inside a computer functions as the central hub, to which all other devices are connected in some way. These can be physically installed directly onto the motherboard, such as the processor, random access memory (RAM), and video card, or connected through a universal serial bus (USB) port or similar connector.

When i install any OS "hard disk was not found" error is occuring.what is the reason for it?.

Hello Charles:
The reason your PC is saying "hard disk not found is because it isn't seeing any hard drives in your system. If your using a CD or DVD to install your OS you need to go into your Bios and set your boot settings to boot from CD-Rom first, that way it will boot from the CD or DVD first and then it will hopefully see your hard drive and start installing once it has performed its system checks.
Hope this helps, if you need more assistance just holler back.
Sincerely, Peter N.

About vindows vista

You buy a windows Vista installer disc from a website such as this one (Once the page loads navigate to Software>Operating Systems). After you buy the disc insert the CD-ROM into your CD-ROM drive. Now start your computer. During startup tell your motherboard to boot from the CD-ROM drive. This is done before the Windows (or whichever operating system you use) loading screen. It will give you a message such as, "Boot From - F2." Press the button associated with the message for the boot sequence (In the above example it would be F2). This is where you select your CD-ROM drive as the primary boot device, then press ENTER to confirm the decision. The motherboard might ask you to press a key on your keyboard to boot from the CD-ROM drive. In this instance press any key on the keyboard and the Windows Operating System Installer will launch.
