Check the voltage between (+) and (-) terminals with a digital multimeter. If it is below 11volt, then you have to charge the battery with a smart battery charger, and let the battery to settle for 8 to 12 hours, and recharge it, on EQUALIZING mode. This will take you 12 more hours. This is the only way to salvage a discharged battery. You can jump start with another car, but the life of battery might be shortened. If the voltage is above 11 volts jump start with another car. Remember that a discharged battery must be charged fully with a battery charger. If battery voltage will read 12.65 volt that means that battery is 100% charged, 12.4volts 70% charged and 12.2volts 50% charged. If it is 12volt that means that the battery cannot hold charge and has to be replaced.
