Won't Print

Hello, most printers need to be told there is a new cartridge. This will be in your printer menu from the printer icon in your taskbar or wherever you have your printer help files will tell you how to do this also. If this is a refilled cartridge it also would not hurt to clean the printheads and do a clean with printers own program as well, and also a test page to make sure it is printing. Post back if no solution. xxx
