Question about LG Z37LC6D 37 in. HDTV LCD TV
This problem is usually associated with a faulty t-con board. Replacing it should resolve the issue. the part is rather inexpensive but whether you want to do it yourself depends on whether you have worked on electronics before. These are high voltage electronics that are not to be messed with unless you have prior experience.
