Question about Mitsubishi VS-50705 50" Rear Projection Television

1 Answer

HELP? LOL. Ok, whats the CRTS? Are you talking about the silver box that has the three coaxial connections that plugs into two vertical silver boxes? It looks like the liquid is coming from the silver box, which is elevated off the board, in which the ant input plugs into. I took the side cover off and found no evidence in that part. Could it have come thru where the ant input plug into the two verrtical silver boxes? Thank You very much for your help!

How do I connect the Bose solo to my television

At the back of the Bose Solo are three different audio inputs. Optical digital-IN, coaxial digital-IN and Cinch (RCA) (white and red) analog audio-IN.
You should check if your TV has an optical digital-OUT, coaxial digital-OUT or an Cinch analog-OUT connection. you need at least one of these three connections. If not, there is no possibility to connect your Bose Solo to your TV. If you use a SETOP-box to watch TV, you could check if it has one of these audio outputs. If it has, you can connect your Bose Solo the your SETOP-box.

I want to connect to a TV that;s already connected to a cable tv box

What do you mean? Do you want to connect or add another tv to that cable box?

Like two TVs connected to one cable box. If so, on the back of the cable box you have three different ways to connect a tv from, through AV cable, component cables and coaxial cable.

If the main tv is connected by coaxial, the second tv can be connected thru AV or Component cables..

Hope this helps.

Why won't the HD channels come in on my lg flat screen monitor? We changed the cable box and everything. Any suggestions?

The first thing you need is the HD tuner. Since you stated that you changed the cable box I will assume that means it's HD ready.
So you have HD signal coming in to the cable box box by-way of a coaxial cable. Now you need to get that HD signal to the monitor. For this connection the standard coaxial cable normally used between the TV and cable box will not do the job. How many connection options you have depends entirely on the what is available on the monitor.
Normally there are three choices. Your monitor could have anyone of these, a combination of them or none if it's not HD ready.
They are Component cable, HDMI and DVI.
Component is a combination of three RCA type (red, blue, and green), connectors. Simply connect the "Component Out" from the cable box to the "Component In" on the monitor.
HDMI cable looks similar to a computer monitor cable but bigger. Same goes for this one. Connect the "HDMI Out" from the cable box to the "HDMI In" on the monitor.
An indirect connection can also be made if your monitor has a "DVI In" jack by using a cable that will allow you to come from the "Out" connection of either the HDMI or Component on the cable box to the "DVI In" on the monitor.
If you are unclear about anything or you have any other questions please just ask and I'll try and help out.

Dvdrecorder and convertor box

If the clarification request is correct. The only thing i can suggest is. Plug aerial into converter box. plug converter box into TV using either scart or coaxial cable. then connect converter box to dvd recorder using scart or coaxial cable depending on what you used to plug converter box into TV with. Then plug dvd recorder into TV. I don't know if you have to set-up the converter box to start receiving i'm not sure. But try this anyway.
You'd probably have been better off getting a free-view box and your dvd recorder. Because as long as you've got a free-view box you'll always get digital. Hope this helps

RCA 52" tv. model # D52W20

The silver box is called the TUNER. Call an RCA distributor, such as Union Electronics or Herman-Panson and order it by description by asking for the tuner for your model number. Have the location number on the board, just in case.
